This modern, yet elegant, hotel consists of 6 rooms, one suite and a lounge, all of which feature quality furnishings. Breakfast is served in the conservatory or if the weather is good, in the terrace that backs on to the waterside. In the summer months many pleasure craft sail into the harbour to moor along the quay. The area around the hotel is famous for its national parks which can be visited by boat or bicycle. Across the street you find the Kaatje bij de Sluis restaurant which offers you an excellent gourmet dinner.

Al our rooms have extra large beds, airconditioning, flatscreen tv, coffee and thee facilities, internetacces, bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. We also have a familie room for 4 people. All our rooms can be used as single, double or twin.

In the area of Blokzijl you will find many excellent restaurants. There are 2 one Michelin starred restaurants that can be reached within 2 walk: Kaatje bij de Sluis (located on the other side of the bridge) and the Hof van Sonoy. In the town of Giethoorn, about a 10 minute drive away, you will find the 2 Michelin starred restaurant de Lindenhof. The restaurants Prins Mauritshuis and Kommekie are also within walking distance from the hotel.

AREA INFORMATION
Blokzijl is situated in an area abounding in water. There are excellent opportunities to explore the area by boat or by bicycle. The "Weerribben", one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in the Netherlands, is at just 10 km from the hotel.
