Residenz is based in a house that was built in 1895. In this period a lot of houses were built for people who returned from the Dutch East. Most recently the consul of Spain lived here with his staff. Now, after an renovation that lasted over a year, we receive you with proud in our City Lodge.
Residenz City Lodge is situated at the almond shaped Sweelinckplein in the heart of the chique Duinoord area in The Haque. Residenz has 4 comfortable suites that are decorated with an eye for design and a feeling of warmth. The style can be described as urban-chique with a tap of theatre. The rooms are spacious and convenient. To relax or to work, it's up to you.
